Set in the picturesque surroundings of Audley End's famous mansion, the Club also boasts superb views over the historic market town of Saffron Walden. 

It’s a thinkers course, you can’t just grab your driver and bash away because there are some holes there that’ll eat you up. A favourite is the par-4 13th which calls for a draw off the tee to leave you a mid iron into a green that has a ridge across and is harder than it looks. The hole wouldn’t look out of place on some of the best layouts in the world.
